Polar BUFF is composed of a seamless tube of Thermolite sewn to a tube of Polartec fleece fabric. This combination of fabrics helps to combat heat loss and maintains body temperature in extreme cold environments.u00a0

Take two packets daily for best results. Pour granules into mouth - a little bit at a time if needed - then rinse down with at least 12 oz. of water.
Tip: It is easiest to avoid chewing, but if you have difficulty swallowing large amounts of content or have a condition that causes a constricted esophagus, please chew the granules thoroughly before swallowing with water. For extra sensitive intestines, start with one packet daily.
