Below is our shipping and return policy.
We offer first class & priority shipping options for Domestic (US) only. International is sent first class.
*First class comes with tracking and is shipped in a small bubble mailer via regular first class mail. Orders within the USA take about 3-5 business days once shipped. International takes 2-6 weeks depending on your location.

We ship worldwide; However we can not be responsible for lost, stolen, confiscated, or destroyed orders. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs or customs charges you may incur in receiving the items. We cannot mark your order as a "gift" or provide a lower value than what you paid.
Once items have shipped the order can not be cancelled.
How long will it take my order to be shipped?
Items will be processed and mailed within 5 BUSINESS days (Monday – Friday, not including holidays) once your order is placed through First Class. Packages are shipped within 24 hours once your order is placed using Priority Mail. During times of high order volume, orders can take 7 to 10 business days to ship. Once shipped, most domestic orders shipped First Class mail take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 6 weeks.
We work very hard to provide the best possible customer experience and strive to get each package out safely and quickly! Please keep in mind that our business days are Monday – Friday (hours can vary depending on the day). We are NOT actively open on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
USPS Tracking Numbers: We print USPS Tracking Labels/Mailing labels in BULK and input tracking info in BULK. If you received a shipping confirmation from Stamps.com, USPS.com or PayPal know that means we are processing your order and will be shipping it within the normal processing/shipping time frames. This does NOT mean we are shipping your order that day. Please wait until the tracking has updated to “acceptance” then give the package up to 5-7 business days to arrive before becoming concerned that your package has been lost. (US ORDERS) Processing cut off time is 3PM EST for the day to be counted as a processing day.
HOLIDAY TIME/ SALE TIME EXPECTED TURN AROUND: If you have placed an order during a major sale, such as Black Friday, or other holiday sales, expect the MAXIMUM time frames from processing or shipping and depending on the amount of orders that come in, there can even be a delay.
For international package the above applies also. In addition, we are not responsible for customs fees/return fees or any other items associated. As always, there is a risk that your package can be confiscated. We are not responsible for this as well. For International Packages: if your package gets returned to us you will be notified via the email you provided at checkout. You will be given an option of a refund for the cost of goods sold (shipping costs not included) or replacement of goods (customer is responsible for additional shipping costs).
All orders are final. Defective items will be replaced or refunded upon return receipt of defective items with in 30 days. If you receive such an item, please contact us at email@example.com or 661-262-7440 within 24 hours of receipt. Please be aware that we do require the defective items to be returned before we will issue a refund or send replacement product.

Replacements /Refunds: We carefully wrap each individual package so that they get to you safe and sound, but sometimes a product will get damaged through the USPS. Please understand that we have no control over this. We will replace, if possible, or refund items that have been damaged in transit. You must contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, name and address, where you purchased your item(s) from and what items were damaged.
How do you get my consent?

Our store is hosted on Shopify, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
